Account recovery

Self-service email recovery is not available yet. The operator verifies a recovery request by replying to the email address on the account. Never share your password.

Report a vulnerability

Privately send the affected URL, reproduction steps, and impact to contact@pwalock.com. Use your own account and test data; do not access other people's information. Stop testing if it could disrupt the service.

Know the boundaries

The lock protects entry through PWA Lock. Direct URLs and destination sessions need their own protection. Cover patterns do not replace passwords. Vault files are local, unencrypted, and not backed up by this service.
