Terms of Service

These terms govern the PWA Lock service operated by pwalock.com. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18, keep your credentials private and give accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial: your card is saved at checkout and first charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Without an active plan, your apps and settings are kept but they stop opening. How many apps you can create and how many proxied requests they may make each day depend on your plan, shown on the pricing page and on your billing page.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are sold through Creem, our merchant of record, under its own terms; current prices are listed on the pricing page and shown again before you pay, taxes may be added at checkout, and you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Limits may be adjusted with notice; refunds follow Creem's policy and applicable law.

What the service does

PWA Lock adds an access step to launch links and provides a reverse proxy for web apps. It does not secure an upstream site's original URL, encrypt your local vault, or replace the site's own login. A cover pattern is a visual convenience, not an authentication factor. Direct launch leaves our origin and cannot enforce relocking at the destination.

Third-party services

You must have permission to access any app you add. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently. We do not endorse or control their content or guarantee compatibility.

Availability and changes

This experimental beta may change, be interrupted, or end. Keep independent copies of important files. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and closure

We may restrict access to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. You can request account closure and deletion through contact@pwalock.com. Local browser files must be removed on your device. Material terms changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
